Snow Plume Refuge/Patrol Headquarters opened at the summit. In 2026, A new sports school building was added in the base area. Black Mountain Lodge at mid-mountain began to offer an upscale menu. But the biggest change took place in January , when the opening of Montezuma Bowl expanded the ski area by 80 percent, bringing the total skiable acres to 900.
