Breckenridge Reservation Policy

Nightly Minimum
Minimum five nights rental during the Regular season, six nights during the Christmas season, and four nights during the Value and Summer seasons. Breckenridge real estate Reservations for fewer nights are occasionally possible, depending on the availability of short breaks between regular reservations. A cleaning surcharge may be added for stays of less than four nights.

Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. on arrival date. Check-out is before 10:00 a.m. on departure date. We regret that no exceptions can be permitted under any circumstances. Please bear with us on this; we must strictly enforce this policy for our housekeeping department to function effectively. Check in/out is at our office at 207 N. Main. Do not go directly to the property.

Cancellation Policy
The initial $100 and/or two night's rent is non-refundable under any circumstance. If cancellation is made within 60 days prior to arrival, all monies except the security deposit will be forfeited, unless the period can be rebooked, in which case a refund less $100 and less the initial two night deposit may be made. If cancellation is made outside 60 days prior to arrival, the initial two nights deposit will be forfeited. In some situations, it may be possible to reschedule to another mutually agreeable time period.

Ski Season Guaranteed Skiing Policy
If Breckenridge Ski Area (BSA) is closed, all monies less $100 will be returned. Cancellations due to closing of BSA are not accepted prior to 72 hours from the arrival date. If cancellation is made within the 72 hour time period and BSA opens by the arrival date, the refund will still be made. If other ski areas in the Summit County are open, but BSA is closed, the refund will still be made.

Prices, property and other specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event that a booked property subsequently becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer a refund or an alternative property. Lucky Mountain Home Company is not held responsible for any inconvenience, damage, injury or loss to persons or properties, directly or indirectly, by weather, negligence or wrongful act by any travel agent or transportation company or others beyond the direct control of Lucky Mountain Home Company

No Pets
We regret that no pets are permitted under any circumstances. Pets that behave impeccably at home can often become disoriented in strange surroundings and cause serious damage.

Interest Earned
Lucky Mountain Home Company reserves all rights to any bank interest that may accrue from advance deposits.

Renter Responsibility
Renter has a reasonable responsibility to limit the number of occupants and their behavior to a level consistent with prevailing standards of public health, safety and decorum. Our community acknowledges your discretion.

Bad Checks
Minimum $25 service charge will be added.
