Rapids Retreat combines the comfort of your own private home and a superb location! The front yard is on the Blue River, downtown is only a 1/2 mile, with a shuttle stop only 2 blocks away. You'll enjoy the hearing soothing sounds of the river and watching the rapids from almost any room in the house or while soaking in the private outdoor hot tub.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Upper Level (Loft): Master Bedroom with a King Bed (2) and a trundle bed (2) tucked around the corner w/ private full bath. Wake up to see the Blue River from your bed in this unique loft setting.

Main Level: Bedroom #2 - Bunkroom (2) with private, full bath. Perfect for the kids!

Lower Level: Bedroom #3: Decorated with mountain themed bedding you'll find a Queen Bed (2) that shares a full bath with Bedroom #4: Also decorated in a mountain theme with a Queen Bed (2) that has it's own private sink and patio doors to the lower deck. There is also a new, leather sofa sleeper (no uncomfortable mattress) in the family room on this level (2).

Living Room
The living room is on the main level with TV/VCR/DVD player. Surrounded by windows, you'll enjoy the view of Baldy Mountain and the Blue River inside, or step out onto the upper deck where your days are sure to be serene.

Kitchen & Dining Room
The Kitchen has all new applicances and offers all the cooking utensils you'll need for your stay. The dining room is just around the corner and can seat up to 12 people with available leafs and chairs for the table.

Family Room
Located on the lowest level, you will find a TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo. On this level you will also find a kitchenette/mini bar to keep the refreshments needed for the lower deck and private outdoor hot tub.

Additional Amenities
Washer/Dryer, 1-car Garage, with a parking pad (able to park 5 cars), 6-8 person private outdoor hot tub, gas BBQ grill and access to the Blue River.
