Sleeping Arrangements
Sleeps 8-10 people. Upper Level: Master Bedroom - Queen bed with full bathroom. Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, shares full bathroom with Bedroom #3 - 2 Twins. Lower Level: Bedroom #4 - 2 Twins and full bathroom that is shared with the Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the family room.
Living Room:
This spacious room offers a wood-burning stove, comfortable leather sofa and plenty of seating for family and friends to gather. This room also offers access to the hot tub deck and spectacular views of Breckenridge Mountain. There is a 27" TV to catch the snow reports.
Dining Area:
The dining room is just off the kitchen and will seat up to 8 people.
Kitchen:
The kitchen offers "GE" appliances which include a glass-top range, dishwasher and refrigerator. Spacious granite countertops will make any cook happy to be in the kitchen.
Family Room:
The family room not only offers more space to gather, watch TV or play some cards at the table, but also a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, oven and dishwasher.
Additional Amenities:
Laundry Room on Upper Level. 6-8 person, private outdoor hot tub. 1-car garage. Shuttle access just 1.5 blocks away.
