This home is situated in the alpine neighborhood of Peak 7 that offers the comfort of a private home and only minutes from the slopes. Enjoy the views off the large deck and other amenities that include a fooseball table, private outdoor hot tub and horse shoe pit.

Sleeping Arrangement:
The master bedroom is located on the upper level with a king bed (sleeps 2). The master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, jetted tub and a walk-in cedar closet. Bedroom #2 - The cowboy room, has a queen bed (sleeps 2), TV and XBox game system. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed(sleeps 2). Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full-size bathroom. Bedroom #4 has two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4). The Family Room has a queen Murphy bed (sleeps 2) disguised as an armoire. There is a 3/4 bath on this level with a sauna.

Living Area:
The living room offers two sliding glass doors to the spacious deck with great views! You'll gather around the gas fireplace with comfortable furnishings, TV, VCR/DVD combo, and stereo with CD player. There is also a quaint reading nook with a book shelf full of books.

Kitchen & Dining Area:
The kitchen and dining room are designed to the theme of a gathering place. There is plenty of space for the cook with ample counter space and an island. There is a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all the dishes and pots and pans you'll need for your meals. The dining room is just off the kitchen with a large window and skylights to brighten the room. The dining table seats 10.

Family Room:
The family room is on the lower level. This room also has two sliding glass doors that open to the hot tub and back yard. This room not only has comfortable seating, but a game table, fooseball table, TV, VCR/DVD combo and stereo.
