Built in 2000, this 4800 square foot, seven bedroom, seven bath mountain home is only yards from Peak 9's Beaver Run Lift. Located on a private road, surrounded by trees with decks on three sides, the views from inside or outside this home are spectacular and breathtaking. The great room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook are all open to each other, creating an ambiance of modern spaciousness that's perfect for entertaining. The design is southwestern, with soaring vaulted ceilings, massive stone fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows. Outside, the decks blend with rocks and paths, offering unparalleled privacy in a home this close to the ski slopes. In the summer, the sound of running water through the house is created by a waterfall. Massive evergreens surround the home to put you in the heart of a great Colorado mountain landscape.

Main Level
Master Bedroom: French doors open to the master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, iron king bed (sleeps 2), Bella Notte armoire with TV, large leather chair and ottoman, double glass doors onto a private view deck with views through trees of Baldy Mountain and a beaver pond below. Master bath has granite counter tops, jetted tub, double steam shower and gas fireplace.

Lower Level
Second Master Bedroom: wood sleigh queen bed (sleeps 2), private deck, private bath with jetted tub. Third Master Bedroom: king bed (sleeps 2), private tub bath, private deck with great mountain views, walk-in closet. Bedroom 4: metal Brussels queen bed (sleeps 2), marble-top dresser, private shower bath. Bedroom 5: king bed (sleeps 2), private tub bath. Bedroom 6: twin wood sleigh beds (sleeps 2), matching dresser, private shower bath. Bedroom 7: bunk room with three sets of bunks (sleeps 6), denim motif, private bath. Family room: queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) and shares bath with bedroom 6.

Great Room
Massive great room faces the Peak 9 ski mountain and has ash wood floors with floor-to-ceiling windows beneath vaulted ceilings. In the center of the room is a 25 foot high moss rock gas fireplace. Two sofas, three easy chairs, large coffee table, and a dramatic carved-wood, glass-top game table. Large TV/VCR is enclosed in an entertainment center. A wet bar area has custom cherry cabinets and full refrigerator. The mud room entryway has a long bench for boots and storage for gloves and hats. The entrance hall has a large chandelier and large French doors opening to a bridge spanning a small waterfall and stream which runs beneath the house. Decks off both great room and dining room have chairs and table.

With vaulted ceiling and a U-shape design with island cooking area, this kitchen is separated from great room and dining area by a breakfast bar with four stools. This is a gourmet kitchen with five burner, high-output BTU gas cook top, double oven (one convection, one conventional) two dishwashers, three-section sink, separate pantry, deep double-door refrigerator, all surrounded by natural cherry and granite counter tops. A separate breakfast nook has a glass-top wicker table, and seats five. A deck off the breakfast nook has great mountain views. On the outside deck is a gas BBQ grill.

Dining Room
The dining room has vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, double-glass doors to the deck. The Tuscany gathering table in vintage Chestnut seats 10 comfortably and has additional leaves to expand further. Chairs are rush ladder-back.

Family Room
Located on the lower level, the family room has a wet bar with microwave and full refrigerator. There is seating for twelve on two sofas and several chairs to watch a large projection TV with DVD/VCR/CD/surround sound with speakers on adjacent decks. There is also a gas stove which provides cozy warmth to this terrific room. On the adjacent deck is a ten-person hot tub and steps leading to the beaver pond and rock paths.

Additional Amenities
Board games, books, videos, NintendoŽ, high chairs, and crib. A heated three-car garage with racks and bench for skis, complete laundry room. Separate computer area with desk, two chairs, fax and separate phone line.


On a private road in the exclusive Westridge subdivision of Breckenridge, about 1/4 mile to bus stop, and two miles to downtown. This is the closest property location in Breckenridge to the Beaver Run chair lift, with ski-in/out access on maintained trails. A hiking trail through the Arapahoe National Forest runs by the property.
