When developers constructed Village Point Townhomes in 1995, they envisioned luxuries of the future. They installed heated sidewalks to keep you safe while you carry gear back and forth, vaulted ceilings to give you a spacious feeling in the living room and hot tubs on the privacy of your own deck. Most have multiple levels, their own garages, washer and dryers and gas fireplaces. Village Point units range from one- to four-bedroom residences - 51 total. South-facing residences border the serene forest. Other units have stunning views of mountain peaks.
The Village Point townhomes are located on 101-120, 201-217 and 301-321 Village Point Drive, south of Breckenridge in the neighborhood of Warriors Mark. A free shuttle takes you from the townhomes to the base of Peak 8. There is also a courtesy guest shuttle that goes downtown. Village Point townhomes are nice because they allow you to get away from all of the tourist hustle and bustle in town, yet are close enough to easily shuttle back and forth between home and the Breckenridge ski area.

Village Point Townhomes are conveniently located on the bus route within a walking distance to the slopes, Peak 9 base area with all the restaurants, ski school, ski rentals and Maggie Pond where you can skate during the winter months. Most units are multi level and have gas fireplace. South units back to wooded area. You won't hear traffic at this location.
