There are plenty of Frisco luxury properties, which cost $1.5 million or more. Most are newer constructions (2000 or later), so they feature large windows to let plenty of sunshine and mountain views in, large great rooms for entertaining, expansive decks and at least three to six bedrooms.

Wooden Canoe at Water Dance is a coveted neighborhood, since it is close to Main Street, Lake Dillon and the County Commons. Most of the luxury homes were built in the late 1990s and feature amazing mountain views (and often lake, creek or trout pond views), sunny living rooms, large decks, gourmet kitchens, attached garages and more than 3,000 or 4,000 square feet of living space.
The Reserve at Frisco is also a newer neighborhood, featuring three- and four-bedroom homes with two-car garages, high ceilings, large master bedrooms, huge windows and gas fireplaces - all in a quiet location that is still close to the action of Main Street.
