A variety of condos and townhomes line Lake Dillon on the other side of Main Street, near the Dam Road, which takes you into Dillon. Some of the units have lake views, while others have views blocked by neighboring buildings, so when checking a listing, make sure you see where the actual unit is located. These properties, such as Drake Landing, Tarn Landing and Meadow Creek Condos, are located a mile or so from Frisco Main Street. Subdivisions like Frisco Bay Homes and Marina Park Condos are just one or two blocks from Main Street and feature views of Lake Dillon.
Other Frisco properties are located in-town, a short distance off Main Street, on the Ten Mile Creek. Both single-family residences and condo complexes like Cross Creek Condo feature serene views of the creek and mountains. Open your window or sit on your deck, and listen to the water babbling over boulders as it makes its way down the creek.
