Though active in the winter, Main Street comes alive in the summer with music festivals, car shows and barbecues. Other older (built in the 1970s and 1980s) and more affordable condos are located just off of Main Street, tucked within the residential district of Frisco. Within Frisco, you can also find condos located near the babbling Ten Mile Creek.
A mile or so away on both sides of Frisco's Main Street, many more upscale condos, which were built in the 1980s or 1990s, line the shores of Lake Dillon. In summer of 2008, Frisco condos ranged in price from $259,000 to $449,000 for a 1-bedroom unit. Association dues also range in price, depending on the amenities (such as hot tub, pool, laundry facility, garage), but the dues allow owners to live without worries about exterior maintenance and bills related to snow removal, trash and water.
