Condos in Corinthian Hill, across the highway from Lake Dillon, also offer spectacular views of the glistening waters. Condos here are a less expensive way to take in the million-dollar views than owning a home.
Condos and townhomes in Summit Cove are more affordable than Keystone condos, yet they're only a couple of miles from the ski resort and golf courses. Many provide clubhouses with pools and hot tubs and are located a short distance from Lake Dillon, where people fish from the edge of the water.
Condos in Dillon Valley are the least expensive - perhaps in the entire county. Dillon East and Dillon West are large complexes with solid homeowner associations. Though they border Interstate 70, the units furthest away from the highway are quieter, and the top units tend to have at least a bit of a mountain view off of the private decks. The complexes also provide a warm water pool that will make you forget it's winter outside! These condos tend to be rental units, though plenty of locals make their home there. Other smaller condo complexes are scattered throughout Dillon Valley.
Almost all of the condos in Dillon are located on or very near the free Summit Stage bus route, making it convenient to get anywhere in Summit County. And condo living means no outdoor maintenance, which gives you more time to enjoy all of the recreational activities Summit County has to offer!
