Keystone Ski Resort has two main base areas: the Mountain House and River Run. Slopeside condos near the Mountain House, such as Key Condo, are older than River Run condos, which were built in the 1990s. However, they usually provide clubhouses with heated pools, or at least a hot tub and sauna. They are located in forested areas along the Snake River.
Slopeside Condominiums is 50 yards from Peru Express Chairlift, and it includes studios and 1-bedroom condos. Chateaux Dumont is in the center of the Mountain House base area and includes 2- and 3- bedroom units. Ironwood Townhomes lies at the Mountain House base area; they are multi-level, 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes with private hot tubs. Hidden River is within walking distance to the Mountain House base area and is near the paved bike and footpath adjacent to the Snake River.
River Run Village condominiums are a short walk through the village, to the gondola. River Run Village is a hub of activity, including Mardi Gras parades and street parties. It also offers great restaurants and shops.
Lone Eagle Condominiums provide excellent ski-out access to River Run Gondola and Summit Express Chairlift. Timbers Condominiums are located at the base of Dercum Mountain for ski in ski out access. Red Hawk Townhomes are on the edge of River Run Village, adjacent to the bike path. The Springs are tucked away from the main village corridor, so they offer seclusion while still providing great access to the gondola. River Run Condominiums are right in the heart of River Run, convenient to all skier services.
