Special Dillon neighborhoods

Corinthian Hills is a neighborhood built on a hill. Condos and single-family homes have spectacular views of the lake, though they are located across Highway 9, which runs along the shore for a short stretch. The homes here include a mix of luxurious retreats built in the last couple of years and quaint chalets built in the 1970s and beyond.

Summerwood is an upscale neighborhood between Keystone Resort and the town of Dillon. There is a smattering of homes near the edge of the lake, as well as Summer Ridge condos. A short drive up the road takes you to the most amazing, upscale single-family and duplex homes; they are perched on a rocky cliff that drops into a narrow finger of Lake Dillon. You'll feel like you're living in relative seclusion on top of the world in one of these homes.

Summit Cove is a large residential area that continues to grow. It is the closest to Keystone Resort, with some properties close to the golf course. Older condos like Lake Haus and Meadow Cove offer less expensive homeownership without the worry of maintenance. Homes throughout Summit Cove vary, from 1970s bi-levels (some even have a lock off unit you can rent out) to large, distinctive log and timber homes tucked further back into the cove. Summit Cove is conveniently located to Keystone's many activities, and a beautiful drive over Swan Mountain Road takes you to Breckenridge.
