It is interesting to see that the vast majority of Summit County real estate property buyers are from the state of Colorado, probably due to proximity. However no other state comes close to the amount of buyers from Colorado (63.6%). The nearest competitor is Florida with less than 5%. The other states, mostly from warmer states without lots of skiing available come in with less than 4%, ranging from 3% to about 1%.
