One Ski Hill Place Construction Updates
The construction team has been working hard, snow,wind or shine through the winter season!
One Ski Hill Place Breckenridge
* Concrete footers continue to be installed.
* Precast, the concrete which forms the walls at the garage level and back side of the garden level, is nearing completion.
* Elevator structures also called “cores” are completed and standing tall above the job site.
* Crews are starting to pour concrete slab on the steel framing for decks in mid-January.
These luxury ski-in/ski-out residences are scheduled for completion in late Spring 2010.
