Water House on Main Street Reservation Details
The Deposit
Interested customers can make a Reservation to purchase with a $25,000 deposit
The deposit can be in the form of personal check, wire or credit card
The deposit is held by a Breckenridge title company
The deposit is refundable if the customer elects not to move forward with the purchase
Special discounts
Discounts will be offered to early Reservation holders
Customers who make a Water House Breckenridge Colorado Reservation on December 13th will receive a 7% discount on their purchase
Preferred Residences
Each Reservation holder may identify two Preferred Residences at the time of Reservation
Each Reservation holder will rank the preference of these two residences (1st choice, 2nd choice) before January 24th at 3:00 pm
Purchase Documents
Before January 24th at 3:00 pm Reservation Holders will submit their Purchase Documents to the Sales Center
These Documents include:
balance of a 10% earnest money deposit for the 1st choice Residence
a signed Purchase Agreement for the 1st choice
a signed Alternative Unit Addendum indicating the 2nd choice
Residence Selection
If multiple purchasers exist for a particular residence, a Selection Program will be held on the afternoon of January 24th
All customers and brokers are invited to attend and watch the selections
