Taking place during peak fall foliage, this event allows buyers and investors to explore high-end mountain homes, new construction, and real estate opportunities across Summit County.
This year's Parade of Homes takes place Sept. 19-20 and Sept. 26-27 2026. The 26th annual event features 11 of the finest homes in Summit County. Seven of the homes are located in Breckenridge.
You'll see a stunning remodel of a 1982 Breckenridge pre-built modular duplex, which now literally looks like a custom mountain home. Another Breckenridge log home highlights a 16-foot stone fireplace and 1,300 square feet of decks and covered patios. Yet another showcases a 16-person theater (complete with a stage) and a fitness room with all the bells and whistles.
Parade of Homes is full of the latest green technology, from reclaimed snow fence interior accents and reclaimed barn wood siding to a SIPS panel roof, ICF foundation and a large thermal mass contributing to one of the Breckenridge log home's ENERGY STAR rating HERS score of 54.
The Parade of Homes also features the latest in contemporary interior designs to spark your imagination when it comes to the mountain home you own - or want to buy.
"After several challenging years, the building bug is starting to hit Summit County again," said chairperson Lynn Meyers. "Now is a great time to get out and see what's on the horizon in new construction."
