Lewis Ranch is even more secluded than Union Creek. It offers a place to relax, get cozy and call your own. It is the perfect area for your dream mountain home. It also offers ski-in/ski-out privileges, but it's located farther away from the active pulse of the village. Trail systems that take you through alpine meadows and wetlands are just minutes from your front door.

Owning a home at Copper Mountain gives you the privacy you deserve, within a short walk, lift or drive from the activity of the village. It's quiet and still small enough to know your neighbors. It is a great place to invest, because single-family homes are in short supply at Copper Mountain. In 2007, the average price of the three Copper Mountain homes that sold at Copper was $1.69 million.
