-There were 4 closings in the new Cache at Union Creek totaling: $2,314,600 or $578,650 per unitÂ
-Another notable sale at Copper – a new Union Creek Townhome West Unit 31A for $1,154,600 or $636.14 PSF
-The most active price point for the past two months was in the $300,000 to $400,000 price ranges
-YTD, Summit County monetary volume was down 60%, and number of transactions were down 63% compared to 2008
-The average residential price per square foot was $335, still more “bang for your buck†compared to Eagle, Pitkin, San Miguel counties.
-The average Single Family Residential Price Index shows the price YTD $845,796, more than 2006, 2007 and 2008.
– Cash transactions still range in the 35% of all Real Estate closing for the month of February.
