The January 2009 Land Title Resort Real Estate Index by County from Eagle, Garfield, Pitkin, Routt and Summit Counties
You will find seven worksheets within this spreadsheet:
- All data is rolled over, but nothing was dropped – so we are building more and more historical data with this analysis as we go along.
- New Tab:Â Price Per Square Foot, which shows the breakdown of improved PPSF by property type:Â Single Family & Multi Family by County
- New Tab: Multi Family Summary, which is the same as the Single Family Summary in format. This to match the PPSF effort.
- Green for a Rise, Red for a Decline, Black for No Change or No Data. These colors apply to the Single Family homes Summary and Multi Family Summary tabs, all the others are cumulative, so it’s not really applicable to apply to those.
- Updated the Of Interest Tab for: Bank Sales & New Construction Sales Summary. After March 15th, we can update the Residential Unit Distribution. Median Price Index will be updated in October.
