Did you know???? New affordable townhomes for local employees in Breckenridge are going to be constructed at 1100 Airport Road between Upper Blue Elementary and The Police Department?
The Town of Breckenridge, Mercy Housing, and the Summit Combined Housing Authority are working on finalizing the plans for these two and three bedroom townhomes with 2-car tandem garages. An Open House was held in January where the public had an opportunity to review the proposed plans and make suggestions before final approval from the Town. The site is adjacent to the Blue River and offers many recreational opportunities as well as being on the bus route. The units will be available to families making less than 120% of AMI, which currently is $101,460. Pricing for these units is:
