		<description>It is now a buyers market for anyone looking to by property. My advice would be buy buy buy, soon property value will reestablish and you should sell then (within a year or 2 depending on what the US government bail package does). It’s a risk but that’s how you make money. Nice blog keep up the good work.</description>
