v Monthly Gross Volume Transaction Comparison- Shows the Monthly Gross Volume Comparison Transactions for each county through August 2009. It also shows the Gross Transaction Report Summary YTD 2009, Same period YTD 2008, % change and Full Years 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005 and 2004.
v Gross Volume for New Construction-The % Gross number comparres the YTD Gross Volume of New Construction to the Full Year YTD Gross Overall Volume for 2008 and 2007. It does not compare the number of sales – rather the total sales volume in these categories.
v Gross Number of Transactions- YTD 2009, Full YTD 2008 and Full Year 2007.
v Single Family Housing Index-Average Single Family Home YTD 2009, Full Year 2008 and Full Year of 2007.

-Pitkin is our current star, with the least affected gross volume from 2008 to 2009 at -34.61%
-Pitkin also continues to show upward trends in both Single Family & Multi Family Average Price and Average PPSF.
-The highest number of New Construction Closings (not including Timeshare/Interval units) is in Eagle County with 118 so far this year.
-The highest number of Sales Transactions is in Summit County real estate with 625 so far this year.
-The highest number of New Construction Closings INCLUDING Timeshare/Interval Units is in Routt County with 285 so far this year.
-The highest number of Single Family Closings is in Garfield County with 233 so far this year.
